My name is Phillip Harmon. My father was born Michael Edwin Van Hook in Somerset, KY in 1950. He was immediately given up for adoption where his named was changed to Harmon. I have had tremendous difficulty in developing my family tree. Any suggestions, recommendations,... whatever will be helpful.
