Phebus Sr.but he used the name Frank (middle name)his parents too lived in
LaJuanta CO. and it seems that there may be some connection as I remember very
vagley some stories about MO and Kansas. It was a long time ago. and I was very

This is an up date to what I told you in the above para. I have found that my
father was born in LaJunta CO, and that his fater Everett Phebus was born in
Ok.(indian teritory) in 1891, his obit. says that he left Ok. when he was very
young (12) and came to CO. His parents (Charles F. Phebus) and a name I can not
read very clearly, looks like Staniola? died when he was young maybe about the
same time he moved to CO. So far I can not find any mention Of any Charles F.
Phebus in the Ok terit. Staniola may have been indian, because there was no
mention of any other name.
