On 14/Mar/1870 - J.L. PACE registered land that had been leased Jan 1868 from George W. PHEBUS in Humphreys Co, TN. Money is not mentioned. I believe this is Joacum Lenzie PACE who moved to Humphreys Co. from Perry Co with his wife Emily Jane DODSON/DOTSON & 8 kids. Emily died later in 1870 & J.L. remarried Nancy Emma England McKAMEY. Do you have any links with any of these family names?
