Hey, I am William taylor Phebus, I go by Bill. I am 26 years old and I live in the NW Burbs of Chicago. I have always been fascinated by the name, mostly because Ive never met anyone, not directly related to me with the name. Not exactly a Smith. also the fact that the name is shared by a sun god(cool) I'm not sure what branch I'm from, but I know my fathers name is William John, My grandfather was Willard, and his father was Conrad. I am interested in learning about the name in other countries and finding out how far back I can trase my blood. Well, I just wanted to give a quick hello and express my interest. I dont really know where to go from here, any advise?
