!CENSUS: 1850 Jasper Co., Missouri. Enum. 28 Aug 1850; William KERR 38 farmer $2000 OH; Mary 26 OH; Samuel 4 MO; Phoebe 2 MO; John PHEBUS 78 MD. Jasper Co., Missouri had only 664 dwellings in the county in 1850. Only one clergyman listed- of Christian Church. One man took entire census. Some one wrote at the tail end to the effect that this man is very accurate and did well for a farmer.
