Gen/Hist Soc FHL Mrs. Allonia George, Died 25 Jul 1945, (Mills Funeral Home, 80 y 5 m 6 d) (& Stone, 1865-1945) Calculated birth date 19 Feb 1865 !Bill Harrington says she was married to Jacob George. they lived in Krebs prior to her death. !Telecom, Harold Harrington 19 Feb 1994 She also married a Wood. She lived in Latimer Co. Alderson. Loney's grand kids included a blond boy who was in the Bataan death march. One Woods girl was a good looking blond. She married DeFringe (sp.), an Italian from Krebs whose family ran a grocery store. Harold attended a family reunion in 46 (PICTURES?). One cousin named George was Elmer George. One lived in grandpa's house in Krebs. !BIOGRAPHY: Bill Harrington, Perscom, 19 Feb 1993 Harold went to Shawnee for welding school. At age 16 graduated High school and then when old enough went in Navy in 1943. Served on the Bunker Hill aircraft carrier. Harold gave Raleigh his uniforms but George Harrington also claims to have given Raleigh the uniforms.
