James Harvey and Mary S. M. Walker Conn Bible Record has Millard Ransom. Other records show Milard spelled with only 1 L. He was known as Ransom Conn. He was born on Conn Hill in District #7, Obion County, Tennessee which was where the Jesse Conn farm was located. James Harvey Conn possibly received the homeplace when the farm land was divided among Jesse's heirs. Ransom served in World War II and was in a hospital in Italy in 1944 when his father died.
